Invoicing and payments Pro
Invoice from the booking, then get paid by card or through Xero
Invoices are made from the training you delivered, so nothing is retyped. Send them as branded PDFs, sync them to Xero and let clients pay by card.
- Invoicing on every plan
- Xero and Stripe on Pro
- GBP, USD and EUR
The invoice already knows what you taught
The training happened, the register says who came, and then someone retypes all of it into an invoice. It is slow, and it is where the wrong number of delegates or the wrong date sneaks in.
CertSlate builds the invoice from the booking. When a client has done several courses this month, you can put them on one invoice. When it is paid, or overdue, you can see it from the same place.

Can one invoice cover several courses?
