Common questions
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the current billing period.
- What counts as a trainer seat?
- A trainer seat is a login for someone who delivers training — not admin staff who manage records. Starter includes one trainer seat; Pro includes three. Additional seats are £25/month each on both plans.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Sign up, import your existing records via CSV if you have them, and you are ready to go. There is no onboarding fee on Starter or Pro.
- Do client managers count toward my seat limit?
- No. Client managers — the contacts at your client companies who log in to view their team's records — are free and unlimited on all plans.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- You will be prompted to add a payment method. If you do not, your account is paused — your data is retained and nothing is deleted. You can reactivate at any time.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. There are no minimum terms. Cancel from billing settings and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
