Training Compliance Software for Training Providers

In many industries, training certificates are not optional. Construction sites, care homes, food businesses, and workplaces under health and safety legislation all require specific training to be current. If staff certificates have lapsed, the client is exposed.

Training companies managing compliance across multiple clients, each with dozens or hundreds of staff, carry a significant responsibility. Tracking all of it manually, through spreadsheets and calendar reminders, is a process that relies entirely on nobody ever making a mistake or forgetting to check.

CertSlate takes the tracking off your hands. Every certificate has an expiry date. The system tracks it, sends reminders before it lapses, and gives you and your clients a live view of where compliance stands. Nothing expires unnoticed.
